In 2009 a friend of mine (Harm van der Ploeg) changed my face into an Talaxian (an alien from the series Star Trek) which you can view below:
After he created the manipulation I wanted to give it a try myself and changed myself in both a Wraith form Stargate Universe (for which I only used my wacom to change myself) and in a Cardassian from Star Trek.
